Representative on the phone guided me to nearest kiosk. Kiosk is user friendly and quick to make keys. Tested keys right away and they were perfectly made. This is great!!

I had a good experience here. My favorite flats looked terrible so I stopped wearing them until I noticed this shop. I took them in and had them add new insoles and paint/polish the leather. I feel like I have new shoes now.

This place destroyed my Birkenstocks. I got them repaired three months ago & already, the sole is worn out, the cork is cracking. They didn’t even reseal the cork, I had to buy the official kit to reseal the cork myself. I’ve been happy with their shoe repairs in the past but I’m done. I expect a re-corked, resoled pair of Birks to last me an entire spring & summer. It’s 16 May & I worry if they’ll last the month. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m out $70+ & angry.

Previous review is still accurate. We have been to the store four times over the course of the last five days and it has only been open once, even though the hours posted say it should be open. They have apparently lost the purse that my mother dropped off to be repaired and did not show any interest in finding it or paying her for it. I am at the store now, at 2 o’clock on a Tuesday afternoon, and nobody is there. Nobody answers their phone. I would like the purse or payment for it. This is terrible service. Update: Joe responded to my complaint within two hours, called me to get details, drove to the store the next morning and found the purse. He took it back to his office and overnighted to my mom that day. Very impressed with the upper management. I hope the store improves its act.
